About AICA

Useful Comparisons, Without Invented Certainty

Our Mission

Independent carriers make expensive vendor decisions without the purchasing teams and contract analysts available to large fleets. AICA is being built to make those decisions easier through practical tools, clearly sourced provider facts, and—once enough verified responses exist—carrier-reported benchmarks.

We are at the beginning of that work. AICA does not yet have a statistically useful carrier survey and does not currently publish provider rankings. Saying that plainly is part of the standard we intend to keep.

How We Intend to Publish Research

This is our publication standard, not a claim that the benchmark is already complete.

1

Recruit Verified Carriers

We will collect service feedback from carriers whose operating status can be independently verified.

2

Ask Comparable Questions

Surveys will cover price, contract terms, support, reliability, hidden costs, and willingness to recommend.

3

Set a Publication Threshold

We will not name category winners until at least 30 verified responses support a comparison, and every result will show its sample size and collection period.

4

Separate Facts from Feedback

Provider terms found through desk research will include source links and update dates and will be labeled separately from carrier-reported experience.

Current commercial status: AICA does not have factoring affiliate partners, accept factoring leads, or sell provider placement. Any future commercial relationships will be disclosed before a referral service launches.
