Information You Submit

The bookkeeping request form collects your name, business name, email address, phone number, number of trucks, the current state of your books, preferred reply method, and any note you choose to add. AICA uses this information to review your request, contact you about bookkeeping, and understand whether the service fits your business.

Do not submit bank credentials, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, identity documents, tax files, or financial records through the request form.

Information Collected Automatically

Website hosting and analytics services may collect limited technical and usage information, such as device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages visited, referring source, and website conversion events.

AICA does not send your name, email address, phone number, form answers, or financial information to Google Analytics.

How Information Is Used

AICA uses form information to respond to the request, discuss bookkeeping service, prevent spam, and keep a record of the inquiry. Aggregate website information is used to improve the site and measure which pages lead to requests.

Service Providers and Sharing

AICA uses website hosting, analytics, and email-delivery providers to operate this site and deliver form notifications. Those providers process information for AICA under their own terms and privacy policies. AICA does not sell personal information or share bookkeeping requests with factoring companies or other service providers for marketing.

Retention and Security

AICA keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive records will use a separate approved intake process if service begins.

Your Choices

You may ask AICA to stop contacting you or request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, subject to records AICA must retain for legal or business reasons.

Other Website Tools

The factoring assessment and calculators run in your browser. Their financial answers are not submitted to AICA, emailed, or shared with a factoring company.
