By using the AICA website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Current Services

AICA currently provides educational articles, comparison checklists, and financial-planning calculators for independent carriers and small fleets. The factoring assessment organizes the preferences you select; it does not rank a provider, transmit an application, or make an approval decision.

Research Status

AICA has not yet collected enough verified carrier responses to publish provider rankings. Any future benchmark will disclose its response count, collection period, methodology, and relevant commercial relationships.

Commercial Relationships

AICA does not currently have factoring affiliate partners, accept factoring leads, or sell provider placement. If that changes, the relevant pages and policies will be updated before a referral form is enabled.

Educational Information Only

Website content and calculator outputs are estimates and educational information, not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Provider terms and freight-market conditions can change. Verify current written terms and obtain professional advice when appropriate.

No Guarantees

AICA does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party information, provider eligibility, rates, savings, funding speed, or business outcomes. You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering an agreement.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, or reproduce AICA content commercially without permission.

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. AICA is not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AICA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its content.
