How to make the shortlist evidence-based

    Export 30 days of fuel receipts and identify your 15 most-used stops.

    Compare each program's live net price at those stops at the same time of day.

  3. 3

    Subtract transaction, out-of-network, funding, and late-payment fees.

  4. 4

    Choose the program that lowers total route cost without forcing inefficient detours.

Common questions

Is the biggest advertised discount always the best?

No. A large discount from a high posted price may still cost more than a smaller discount elsewhere. Compare the final pump price plus fees.

How far should I drive for cheaper fuel?

Price the detour in fuel, driver time, and schedule risk. A discount that adds unproductive miles may not be a saving.

Are these savings independently verified by AICA?

No. Network sizes and average discounts on this page are provider-reported. AICA recommends testing them against your own routes.
